Vienna, the enchanting city known for its opulent history, enchanting classical music and majestic imperial palaces, embodies art, culture and refinement. Its title of “City of Music” resonates through the cobblestone streets, echoing the legendary works of musical geniuses such as Beethoven, Mozart and Johann Strauss.
The highlight of our retreat is going to be an enchanting trip to Swarovski Crystal World where you will be surrounded by the mesmerizing brilliance of crystal creations.
After a scenic 2.5-hour train journey, you will find yourself in Budapest, a city that combines stunning landscapes, rich architectural and historical heritage, fine cuisine and his unique thermal baths.
ITINERARY
June 1st-6th, 2026 - VIENNA (AUSTRIA)
Get ready for an unforgettable experience in Austria, where you will have a fantastic time exploring the city’s most extraordinary attractions with a guided tour. You will admire the majestic St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the whimsical architecture of the Hundertwasser House and the magnificent Vienna State Opera, Schönbrunn Palace and the Belvedere Palace, among other iconic landmarks.
In addition to these highlights, the guided tour will introduce you to other remarkable landmarks and hidden gems throughout the city, from historic squares and bustling markets to charming cafes and lively cultural events.
But wait, the excitement doesn’t end there! You are invited to a delicious welcome dinner at the Tower Restaurant, where, along with delicious dishes, you will be able to admire a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of Vienna as the restaurant slowly rotates, offering you a memorable dining experience.
And the highlight of your adventure will be a trip to Swarovski Crystal World. You will step into a fairy tale wonderland, full of sparkling magic and enchanting beauty, which will make your time in Austria truly special and unforgettable.
The train transfer to Budapest is a delightful journey through picturesque landscapes, offering 2,5 hours of relaxation before diving into the vibrant atmosphere of the Hungarian capital.
June 6th-10th, 2026 - Budapest (HUNGARY)
Budapest, the enchanting capital of Hungary, is a city were history and modernity blend seamlessly. Every corner holds treasures waiting to be discovered, from its historic thermal baths to its lively squares.
During our captivating city tour, we will explore some of Budapest’s most iconic landmarks.
Buda Castle who offers breathtaking views of the city and the Danube River. Located near Buda Castle, Matthias Church is a stunning example of Gothic architecture. Its vibrant roof tiles and intricate interior make it a must-see for any visitor. Adjacent to the church, Fisherman’s Bastion offers panoramic views of the city. This Romanesque-style terrace, with its whimsical towers and arches, is perfect for capturing unforgettable photos.
We will cross the Chain Bridge and you'll be bridging the gap between history and the present. This iconic suspension bridge links the hilly Buda side with the flat Pest side of the city. On the Pest side, the Parliament Building stands as a testament to Hungary’s rich political history. This neo-Gothic masterpiece is one of Budapest’s most recognizable landmarks.
One of Budapest's most renowned attractions is its historic thermal baths. These baths have been a part of the city's culture for centuries, offering a unique way to relax and rejuvenate. Every day, over 30,000 cubic meters of healing thermal water flow from more than 120 springs in Budapest. This abundance of mineral-rich waters has made the city a haven for relaxation and health benefits. Soaking in the mineral-rich waters is not only incredibly relaxing but also beneficial for your health and well-being.
As our retreat draws to a close, we will celebrate our time together with a memorable farewell dinner cruise on the Danube River. As the boat glides along the river, the illuminated cityscapes will provide a stunning backdrop, perfect for capturing unforgettable memories.

Cost:
- 4330 EURO for BEADER
- 4080 EURO for a traveling companion
Deposit: a 1000 EURO deposit is required to hold your seat (250 euro non-refundable if you cancel)
Payment schedule:
- The second payment of 2000 EURO is due by June 1st, 2025
- The full payment is due by December 1st, 2025
Accommodation: the price is based on a double-occupancy room in a hotel/cruise cabin. Supplement of +1010 EURO is applicable for a single room (based on availability)
We encourage you to bring a traveling companion along.
Registration: to register for the retreat, please fill out the registration form and pay the required deposit. Kindly note that registration without a deposit is not valid and doesn't guarantee a seat.
Please keep us informed of any changes to your email address, as we will periodically send you information about the retreat.
Payment options: payment can be made through PayPal or by card.

Registration will be processed in the order received. There are a limited number of seats available. Once your deposit is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please contact us if you don't receive the confirmation within 48 hours.
Guests will be notified via email when optional shore excursions are loaded for booking.
Cancellation Policy:
We would like to inform you that we are not responsible for any cancellations you make for any reason.
However, if you decide to cancel your reservation before August 1st, 2025 (included) you will be refunded with the amount received from you (except 250 EURO non-refundable). If you cancel after August 1st, 2025 you will be refunded the amount paid, less 500 EURO.
If you cancel your reservation after February 1st, 2026, we can't issue any refunds.
If the organizer needs to cancel the event, all the money received from you will be refunded in full.
Other information:
The price doesn't include Paypal/Card fees (non-refundable)
Registrations made without paying the deposit will be considered null and void.
Availability of single rooms is limited. Please get in touch with us before registering to check availability.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the retreat if deemed necessary. However, you will be notified in advance of any such changes.
